1. Shipping zones, costs and delivery times

Peninsular Spain and Portugal

• Cost: €5
• Free on orders over €80
• Delivery time: 24/48 business hours

Balearic Islands

• Cost: €7
• Free on orders over €80
• Delivery time: 72 business hours

Europe (EU area)

• Cost: €10
• Free on orders over €100
• Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days

2. Order Preparation

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours after payment confirmation, except in cases of stock issues or special campaigns (sales, Black Friday, launches), in which preparation times may be extended.

3. Shipment tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

4. Delivery issues

If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence, the courier company will make a second attempt. In case of further issues, the package will be made available at a collection point or a new delivery will be scheduled.

5. Damaged or incomplete orders

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the order upon delivery. If you notice that the package has arrived damaged or incomplete, you must notify info@overlapwear.com within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos and a description of the issue.

6. Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or to destinations outside the European Union.
