Exchanges and returns

At Overlap Wear, we want your shopping experience to be consistently satisfying. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a clear and simple exchange and return policy that complies with current regulations.

1. Deadline for exchanges and returns

You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

2. Product conditions

For a product to be accepted for return, it must:

  • Be in the same condition as when it was delivered, unused and unwashed.
  • Keep the original labels and original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns will be accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-measure items.
  • Used, washed or unpackaged items.

3. Cost of returns

First free return: the company will cover the shipping costs for your first return on your first order.

Subsequent returns: If you make new purchases and request additional returns, the costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of a defective or damaged product, or an error in shipping, all costs will be borne by the company.

4. Procedure

Send an email to info@overlapwear.com , indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

If the return is accepted, you will receive a return label along with shipping instructions.

Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

5. Changes

Exchanges are processed as returns. Once the product is received and approved, a refund will be issued as store credit, allowing you to make a new purchase of the item you want.

6. Refunds

After the product has been received and inspected, you will be notified if the return has been approved.

If so, the refund will be made using the same original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.

Please note that your bank may require additional time to process the transaction.
